trying cygwin install on winXP...
did a full cygwin installation (it has tcl/tk libraries etc.)
did the fsl install, run fsl.bat and it tried to run /bin/tixwish, which was
not found.
I noticed that the fsl install includes tcl/tk, so updated the fsl.bat file
to include the FSL paths. That is, the fsl.bat file has this line:
bash -l -c /usr/local/fsl/bin/fsl
which is replaced with this one:
bash -l -c "export FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl ; export PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:$PATH;
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fsl"
Then the gui works ;-)
