Dear Blackboard User,
This is just to let you know that full programme information is now available
at http://www.dur.ac.uk/ltteam/bbuk/dec2003/ for at the Durham Blackboard
conference on the 15th and 16th December.
We are also pleased to announce that among the Blackboard staff attending the
event will be one of the Technical Support Managers, based in Amsterdam. Those
of you who went to the European Conference will appreciate how useful it was to
have the opportunity to talk about open tickets directly with Dennis and
Christian, and we are delighted that technical support will be available in
Durham.
There will also be plenty of time to talk with other users, and a show-and-tell
session on Monday afternoon already includes examples covering a wide range of
disciplines.
