We are using Blackboard 5.51 Level 2. Some users are having problems
with the screen freezing when they try and open a document within
Blackoard. This only started to happen after thier PC had been updated,
the software build on the updated version came with the Enterprise
version of Macafee. Is there a connection ? there is no option to
disable Macafee to test this possibility.
Any feedback greatfully received.
