The simple answer is the hard one. You need to figure out what makes each
individual tick and show him or her how Blackboard will help with whatever
issue or problem is at the top of his or her agenda. Answer the question,
"What's in it for me?" and you'll be well on the way. Requires high level
personal skills, integrity, empathy - and time......
Imposing mandatory requirements? I'd recommend making it clear that this is
being done for customer service reasons. And then walk the talk.......
