Tony,
You could possibly use Respondus to build the survey offline and then
upload it. Respondus would retain the desired order.
We have Respondus but I have not tried it for such a task. Another wee
job to keep me from getting bored.

Whilst I appreciate it is possible to reorder questions taken from a
pool,
it is frustrating that they are in alphabetical order (rather than the
order of the original).
For a survey seeking feedback on a session I often want to use
virtually
the same questions in the same order.
Am I right that there's no way around this 'feature' or am I missing
something?
