Me too,Mark. The best answer I could get from Bb support was that it
might be a Windows 98 problem(which is not supported) or an unsupported
browser such as AOL. The latter is definitely not the case and I suspect
that it's not just in Win98 that the problem occurs.
It seems to occur on fast and slow connections, with large and small
files - on certain machines. The files have been uploaded correctly by
various instructors and can be viewed correctly via "save as".
I'd be pleased to hear anyone else's diagnosis - or, even better,
solution

Anyone come across this one?
Upload a multi-slide PowerPoint file and when you go to take a look at
it, all you get is one blank white slide and the black end slide. Since
no-one else is screaming, it seems only to be happening to me.....
Any suggestions/ideas?
