SPATIAL MODELLING IN EPIDEMIOLOGY
The Biostatistics Group are holding a seminar with the local
Manchester Royal Statistical Society group on Wednesday, 15th
October 2003 at 2 pm - 5 pm at MANDEC (Manchester Dental
Education Centre), Higher Cambridge Street, Manchester.

surveillance".
Nicky Best, Department of Epidemiology & Public Health, Imperial
College School of Medicine, University of London, "Spatially
Varying Coefficient Models in Ecological Studies of Environment
and Health".
Andrew B Lawson, Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics,
Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina, USA,
"Composite Likelihood Cluster Modelling of Small Area Health
Data".
