Dear All,
One of our post natal wards has recently invested in a bilichek analyser, it
sounds very good in theory and should minimise the need for heel pricks for
serum bilirubins, there are some limitations to the equipment so they will
be doing some comparison work (unfortunately post purchase!).
I would appreciate any users of this equipment that can provide me with
comparison data, standard operating procedures and also source's of the
protective 'plaster's' for babies undergoing phototherapy that need testing.
My thanks in advance,
Regards
Tracy
