The School of Social Studies has a vacancy for Lecturers to take up duties
from the 1st of September. You will join an established and diverse
department within a School with an expanding portfolio of courses.

Lecturer in Sociology and Media Studies £22,191 - £27,669 pa

You will be able to contribute to teaching in the areas of media policy and
history, identity and media representations, globalisation and new media
technologies.

You will have a good honours degree in Sociology or Media Studies and should
hold a relevant post graduate qualification. We are seeking an excellent
teacher who is also committed to research. Experience in course
administration would be an advantage as would the ability to offer teaching
in the area of crime and the media or research methods.
