Further to my last email about downloading documents, thank you for all the replies. We still haven't managed to fix the problem as hundreds of links to documents that were previously working fine have somehow managed to become corrupted. This is happening across all our websites hosted on 3 different servers which makes me think it's being caused by something beyond/outside of them.
In answer to the question about uploading documents, we have shut off all ftp access to our servers and use pcAnywhere to upload files.
Anymore suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Sarah
