Hi all
For those of you who have attended the Netskills effective e-learning with
VLEs over the past few months and were interested in the follow up workshop
it goes out from the beginning of May this year. Again with a JISC subsidy
the workshop is available at half the normal price (£60)
The workshop is entitled: Effective Course Development for VLEs : Key
Concepts and Design Strategies Applied
The new workshop builds on the themes of the successful Effective E-Learning
with VLEs workshop, and takes the concepts from the first workshop and
applies them to course design and implementation with respect to web
enhanced, web focused and web driven online course models.
We address the practical issues of designing and developing content in a
variety of formats, as well as finding and utilising reusable content
(learning objects) for use in VLE courses at different levels.
The first venues scheduled are:
Newcastle on May 9th
Belfast on June 25th
Manchester on July 16th
Details and booking at
http://www.netskills.ac.uk/workshops/forthcoming.html
Other venues will follow in the near future.
Regards
Danny
