SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear colleague,
The organising committee is pleased to announce that preparations for the
2nd INSTR are progressing,
and that the symposium will be held at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, which is
located in the central area
of Christchurch. We have also arranged for a pre-symposium tour to
Queenstown, leaving from
Christchurch at about 9am on Friday 20 August 2004 and returning on Sunday
22 August 2004.
Thank you those who have responded to the first announcement, expressing
your intention to
participate, and I apologise to those people who attended the 1st INSTR but
did not receive the first
announcement. Please pass this announcement on to anyone you know who might
be interested in
participating but has not received this or the earlier announcement.
A formal call for papers/abstracts, along with further symposium details,
will be made in January. Please
note the deadline for submission of an extended abstract (one A4 page) will
be 1 March 2004.
Best wishes,
Alan Nicholson
Chair, INSTR 2004 Organising Committee
