Yes, the diva.jar file that you have in frog/etc/lib, you cannot share
this with SPLAT and SoG which use a patched version of DIVA (since
Treeview, TOPCAT, SPLAT, SoG and now FROG all potentially live in the same
JVM, having local third party jars has the potential to cause chaos).
You should be able to just throw your diva.jar file away and add a
dependency to the new DIVA package instead.
