Hang on. If this is a sysadmin you're talking about, then RTFM is an
entirely adequate and full response.
A home user is probably more likely to look at the FM, and possibly
therefore _less_ likely to get confused.
He should think himself lucky -- in my day... [sucks pipe furiously, turns

calling for the reintroduction of capital punishment for admins]
