Yes. It seems like you have factor 1 (urgency) with a number of levels and
factor 2 (contractions) with levels 'yes' or 'no'. You therefore have
the two factors which are sufficient for a DCM analysis. I imagine
factor 1 will act as a driving input and factor 2 as a modulatory input.
You should also think about which regions will be included in the analysis + how
you will identify them - anatomically or functionally (if the latter your design
should also be sensitive to activations in those areas) and where the
inputs will go and which connections are likely to be modulated.
