Dear SIMSOC Members,
The Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg, Germany, and UPC Barcelona, Spain,
have successfully finished the CATNET assessment project in the FET Open
programme in March 2003. See http://research.ac.upc.es/catnet for details.
We are now looking for 1 potential partner institute to continue for a full
project in the FET Open Continous Submission Scheme, with a cutoff date of
Sept. 15, 2003.
The required expertise is in measurement and interpretation of Grid or P2P
Computer networks, interpreted as agent-based computational economics
systems. We are thus looking for someone with a theoretical background in
Economics and Complex Adaptive Systems. A track record in the Econometrics
of Neo-Austrian or Evolutionary Simulation Models is greatly appreciated.
Please inquire me for further details, if interested.
Regards,
Dr. Torsten Eymann
