Saïd Business School
Applications are invited for one or two Research Studentships in the general area of Science and Technology Studies, tenable from 1st October 2003 for a period of three years.
The Saïd Business School is developing major research interests in this area. Current topics include social impact of new electronic technologies, science and governance, technology and accountability, science entrepreneurship, science studies and social theory, STS and management studies, and eScience. It is currently home to the ESRC Science in Society programme www.sci-soc.net (and, until recently, the ESRC Virtual Society? programme www.virtualsociety.org.uk).
Applicants will have experience and/or interests in any area of the social dimensions of science and technology.
