Dear Simon,
Could I have a copy of the long term evaluation of Y touring please? And
the 'Pulse' evaluation when it is available?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Dianne
As Frank mentioned we have evaluations of all the WT funded Y Touring
projects. Our current performing arts initiative 'Pulse' is also being
independently evaluated. If you would like copies of anything let me
know.
best wishes
Simon

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Long-term effectiveness of outreach activities
Can anyone help please?
I'd be interested in learning of any research work that has examined the
longer-term influence and effectiveness of science outreach activities
on school-age children (any ages). For example, 'way back in the 90's
the Royal Society of Chemistry carried out the 'Huddersfield Project'
where they measured attitudes to chemistry and science in target
populations in Huddersfield before, during and after (short and
long-term), a year of various outreach activities. Are there any similar
and/or more recent studies?
All info welcomed, thanks very much
Dianne
