Incorrect. There was an overlap between individual addresses on this list
and the back-channel but it did not include 'everyone's addresses on this
list'. That is a false statement that would be obvious to anyone looking at
the addresses many of whom are not on any list. The point of the element of
overlap was to make clear any doubts and it was sent in a spirit of
goodwill, the later, corrected version of the piece was also sent to the
Buffalo btw, there is nothing to hide here.
It should be added, in respect of the Snapshots business, that Mr Nene's
offerings are not sent for inclusion, he does not expect that, ghost made of
exclusion that he is, but as exercises in the spirit of the thing. Please
try to be accurate in future statements.
