I heard The Incredible String Band at the Fillmore East (Bonnie Raitt went
on first--I think her first major appearance) in the early 60s. They set up
something like a hippie picnic on the stage. There were two women, but they
didn't sing. I still have two of their albums, untouched since the
70s--should be an odd experience listening to them now, but I'll give it a try.
Thanks for the site, Ken--a treasure.
