Dear All,
I've just joined this list, so forgive me if this question has been asked
before;
Does everyone else gain the employees written consent before sending a
report about them to either personnel or management? I have heard that this
is now a requirement or at least a sensible precaution as a result of The
Data Protection Regs. If anyone else has a form which they use for this
purpose, I would be very grateful if they would share it with me. Looking
