I've come accross this in that if the quality of the glass/plastic is poor
it can cause eyestrain - like wearing cheap sunglasses!
We changed suppliers (the manager ordering the glasses had just gone for the
cheapest) and that seemed to sort it out

John, it would be helpful if you listed what type of problems they perceive
they have been experiancing. Personally, the only problems I have
encountered have been complaints of eyestrain and headaches, usually due to
the fact that the lens were so scratched up, dirty or covered in paint or
other goo they couldn't see through them properly!!
