We did something a 2 or 3 years back, but used whatever Health Promotion material was available at the time - which was obtained through the local Health Promotion Unit. We used whatever was that year's "Don't Drink & Drive" campaign material, and to make it more "hands on" set up a make believe bar, where people would pour out what would be their normal home measure and then showed them how many pub measures it actually was, which is what the recommended Units of alcohol are based on. As you can probably imagine, people's home measures tend to be far more generous, (or is that just me?!) so this was quite a good way to get people to realise that they may be fooling themselves about how much they've had to drink. Another was promoting the idea of having a "Designated Driver" - i.e. the poor soul who has to drive the drunken revellers home at the end of the night, but as a compensation doesn't buy any drinks throughout the evening. The Portman Group produce campaign material about promoting responsible drinking:

With the healthy eating, along with the campaign material (obtained from the British Heart Foundation, they do an really good range of materials, check out their website: http://www.bhf.org.uk/publications/index_home.asp?SecID=18) I think we gave examples of typical festive foods, and suggested healthy alternatives and advice about moderation and slipping in some gentle exercising, all the usual lifestyle stuff but just gave it a festive twist / theme. I seem to recall we also did something about keeping up vitamin c levels for warding off colds etc.
An important area you might like to touch on, especially if your client has a high number of female staff, is that of personal safety - for example, keeping an eye on your drink when out socialising as you never know who might be slipping something unwelcome into it; making sure you don't take risks and getting home safely - that type of thing?
Hope that helps!
Many Thanks,
