New Edition of Journal of Information, Law & Technology (JILT)

We are pleased to announce the latest edition of JILT has been published.
This edition sees nine academic refereed articles, commentaries, conference proceedings, work in progress and several book reviews contributed by authors from around the world.
This issue also includes a special feature on Software Inventions based on the Symposium 'Software Related Inventions: Prospects and Risks for European Companies', organised by the Department of Intellectual Property, Policy and Management at the University of Bournemouth, July 2002, and includes highlights from the first LIACTES/IFIP Workshop on E-Government: Legal, Technical and Pedagogical Aspects, held in Albarracin, Spain, May 2003.
