Hi,
My own experience is that Andy Crowther has always responded quickly to
any queries we've had. I've dealt with Andy ever since his days at
Academic Press and he has always been most helpful and responsive. My
most recent example was that I emailed a query to Andy Crowther on Fri
14/03/03 at 16.00 and had a response to my query by Mon 17/03/03 at
18.00. I've always found the best way to contact Andy is via email, I
always get a prompt response to all my queries. Trying to reach him by
phone tends to be more problematic, as he's out and about a lot.
Cheers
Lesley

Subject: Elsevier contact
Hello Everyone
I'm wondering if anyone has had any recent contact with Andy Crowther
from Elsevier?
We have been unable to contact him for a few months now and this
situation is becoming quite desparate as we are therefore unable to
arrange the new electronic subs to Elsevier or Academic Press titles
that our Fculties are asking for.
I'd be grateful if you could report any recent sitings so that I can
work out if it is just our problem or a more common one!
Best wishes
