For those like me struggling to fit working reality into the old pro-forma,
how are you coping with the repetitions (see points 8 and 9 for management
and communications)?
Also: to flatten or not to flatten management ? Going as far back to 95, in
the old augustus college where I used to work, within a space of a few
years management were both arguing in favour of a flat structure and 3
years later complaining that the structure that they have been given was
too flat - now team talk comes along (post Blair) and we are again arguing
against the pyramid.
How much are you discoursing on the theory for your management section ?
I wish we could concentrate on what we know (as it is I have 8k words and
16 repetitive and very opaque sections left untouched).
