Do you want to share some research, disseminate or discuss an innovation,
ask other members for advice, or air your views on some aspect of learning
and teaching? If so, we would welcome your contribution to the next edition
of the ILTHE members' Newsletter, which will be published in early February.
Letters, short articles (c. 500 words) or cartoons for publication should be
sent to me by 10 January. We would particularly like to hear from you if you
have received an award or honour for your teaching or a project: please let
us blow your trumpet for you! We cannot guarantee to publish all
contributions received, so if you are considering something other than a
letter please contact me first at the number below to discuss it.
We will be introducing a new feature in the Newsletter called 'Talking
Point', in which members put forward a (possibly controversial) personal
opinion on a topic of their choice, related to learning and teaching, to
stimulate debate. When our new website is launched later this year we hope
to be able to provide facilities for online debate. Any suggestions to kick
off the series would be welcome and should be sent to me at
