Another solution is to use the revolving automatic doors. These don't let any draught in at all.

I had an experience at my local Sainsburys where the
automatic doors had bee blocked by a stand. When I
complained I was told by one of the till operartors that it
let in the cold. When I complained to the Customer Services
desk I was told that it was broken. Some people should get
there stories straight!!!!
