Hi All
A Monday query......Our Heads of Service have been asked to sign all papers
going before Committee and these papers once they have been passed by
Committee will be put on the worldwide web. Most people are concerned with
this issue but the order has come from above.
I have said that an electronic signature (made up) would be acceptable but
to have your own personal signature being made available to all and sundry
is asking for security breaches not only in business life but in employees'
personal lives too and it is also a breach of the 7th DP principle.
Anyone any views on this....
