Dear Marika
Like you and all the people I know, talk with, etc. - I sincerely hope there'll
be no war. Over lunch I discussed this with a colleague, and I agreed with her
that it is very doubtful that Bush et al want a war - at least i don't think he
wants one outside a presidential election year! The bad cop, good cop approach of
his administration may very well get then what they want - as you say, no Saddam,
and plenty of oil.
