Can anyone help me out with some very simple archiving technical terms? Are
manuscripts only handwritten? Are they otherwise typescripts? What about
typescripts with annotations? Are there any other obvious ones to know?
Many thanks,

Subject: charges
Thank you to everyone who replied
Very many of the replies stated that their offices were interested as they
were going to increase theirs and wanted to know what was charged elsewhere
Many mentioned how fiddly the copying was and the high cost of toner etc.
Some stated whether the charge was for self service or staff copying and the
price difference in the same office was between double and quadruple. There
were also minimum charges and charges which were high for the first copy and
then cheaper for subsequent ones (treble the cost).Other unclear areas were
A4/A3 and colour as well as black and white
The charges ranged between 10p and £1 with the biggest grouping s around
25p, 40p and 50p. Most of these were for self service and included all who
had said they were going to increase their charges because of the cost.
Thank you again
