You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting for the Association for History and Computing (UK).  The AGM will be held in association with this year's AHC (UK) conference, on Saturday, 15 November 2003, at 1.30 pm, at the Institute of Historical Research, London.  A copy of this letter, the AGM agenda, and the minutes of last year's AGM are attached.  The AGM will be open to paid-up members of the AHC, including all conference delegates.

This year’s conference is on Teaching and Research Resources On-Line with talks on subjects to include:
* UK on-line resources for historians;
* international on-line initiatives to increase access to academic research resources;
* a user’s perspective to online maps and plans.

As in past years, attendance at the conference will be free to all paid-up AHC (UK) members, and lunch will be provided.  The fee for non-members will be £18, and will include membership of the AHC for the current calendar year.  Further details of the conference will be published as they become available on our website, http://www.ahc.ac.uk .

If you intend to attend the conference you must notify me in advance so that catering arrangements can be made.
