If any institution produces a "booklet" or "folder" containing details of ceremony arrangements for their students, I'd love to hear from you!
In the past, Brunel has issued an envelope full of separate pieces of paper to students likely to graduate (letter, reply form, details of gown hire, photography, creche, memorabilia etc etc) We are planning to produce a booklet this year containing photos of the venue (Wembley Conf Centre) as well as all the necessary information.
Do other institutions produce this type of booklet, or do you have a different procedure altogether? If you do produce a booklet, do you have a spare copy from last year that I could see (and return)?
