Most email-based lists provide a message footer that clearly states how to
remove yourself and where to find archives if they are available. I have
suggested this on numerous times on this list but to no avail.
Unfortunately there's no way on earth that people are going to recall how to
do this nor are they going to waste time searching the web for instructions
on how to get removed.
So finally... I beg you list moderator,
provide a list footer in the messages that at the very least points people
to http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/gis-jobs.html
