A recent clinical trial by Scrimshaw and Maher looked at whether the
addition of neural mobilization to standard postoperative care improved
the outcome of lumbar spinal surgery & found that it did not provide an
additional benefit to standard care. (Randomized controlled trial of
neural mobilization after spinal surgery; Spine 2001 Dec
15;26(24):2647-52).
