however, i personally agree with various critics that bloom's taxonomy is rather limited in its post WWII educational psychological view of the orientation of the learner to knowledge but, as it is still used by faculty pedagogically, not least to design learning outcomes, particularly with synonyms from Gronlund etc. It may still be a useful beginning
