haven't already - they are among the national leaders in
user/consumer led research and Harry Cayton, who has a very
refreshing, empowering and human approach, heads up their
organisation and also is the new "NHS Czar" on public
involvement - there was a very nice piece about him in the
Health Service Journal recently.
