Yes, (in the interests of being explicit), me too!
I see the RDF representations in multiple languages as _inputs_ to the
registry application not outputs, and I think this is where my view
differs from Harry's.
Those representations _may_ be outputs from the DCMI "Vocabulary
Mangement System" (and it seems reasonable to explore this) but they
might equally well be made available to the registry at locations on the
Web and maintained by other means.
