Yan,
A brief overview of CTANKS.
This was designed as an easy to use approach to qualitative analysis. If
facilitates coding of audio and video tapes through the attachment of notes
to user defined segments. The notes are separate from any transcription
that the user might make. It also has search and retrieve functions which
are based upon the notes or the transcribed material.
It wont do the transcription for you but it does allow you to code audio or
video tapes without transcribing. It can also be used with normal text
tocuments.
There is more information on my web site.
Its only available as a download and costs 20 GB pounds.
Regards
Alan
