Eric,
I believe the version the Registry uses most accurately describes what the
UB has approved. Those can be found at:
http://dublincore.org/2002/08/13/dces#
http://dublincore.org/2002/08/13/dcq#
http://dublincore.org/2002/08/13/dctype#
They are based on Roland's version. I've modified them to remove some
references (i.e., the subProperty definition for rdf:label), and added the
new element refinements.
I suggest we move this to the architecture WG. The focus of the Registry WG
is the creation of an application to enable users to explore the DC
vocabulary, and the relationships between those terms. It's focus is not
the creation or maintenance of RDF schemas, or of any particular encoding
schemes.
Regards,
Harry
