The rdf:Alt is a "thing" in itself.
It's incorrect to have it as the object of a statement with dc:identifier as
the predicate because you don't use the rdf:Alt as an identifier, you use
one of its members.
If there was an dc:identifiers (plural) then that would be a sensible value.
Another more reasonable use of a collection would perhaps be something like
