Just to clarify: the reason UKBORDERS says "Coming soon" is that the
digital boundaries for local government districts, for any date between
1911 and 1974, are coming soon are that my project has mapped them (and
used them internally to map 1931 census data) but they are not yet on-line
at UKBORDERS. I have asked UKBORDERS to clarify when they will be
available; I am afraid that our team is not funded to disseminate directly.
