Of course there are unwritten rules in every profession, but that does not
mean that the unwritten rules should have the capability of further
entrenching the us/them mentality, as I believe the disability movement has
done so from time to time, creating amnd us/them mentality within the
movement and in relation to those outside it. Also, the disability movement
is not a profession per se (it may be hard work but that is not the same),
but just some includes people whose job is disability orientated.
