It doesn't seem to have any relevance to A&E, nor can it be construed as pre-hospital care, as the potential "patient" has not been injured yet! Personally I don't believe we should be discussing accident prevention as there would be no limits to what the List could discuss, from manufacturing design to global politics with everything in between! (Of course that might suit some folk on the List!) In any case I don't believe any of us can claim any recognised expertise in accident prevention, though I am happy to be corrected on that count.
