PhD position in Women's Studies

The project group Women's Studies is looking for a PhD candidate with a
degree in the Humanities that focuses on gender and/or ethnicity. Research
projects within the interdisciplinary field of Women's Studies, in
particular in its intersections with history, literature, media, philosophy
and/or cultural studies are welcomed. Preference will be given to a project
that is relevant for Women's Studies in the Arts within a European
perspective. The proposed research must link up with the lines of research
as formulated in the research programme. (available on-line)

Conditions: a position of 'assistent in opleiding (AIO)' for a period of
(maximum) 4 years. Your salary will be minimal € 1445 up to € 2063 in the
4th year ('bruto') per month in the case of a full time position.

A4), on the basis of which a selection commission will ask a number of
candidates to elaborate and present a more extensive proposal. The
