Dear Lilith and all,
Have you tried doing searches using "disability etiquette"? This phrase
might lead you to simulation exercises, and certainly contains a lot about
so-called "education" of nondisabled people. Disability etiquette is a close
relative of simulation exercises, and about as counterproductive.
All good wishes,
Beth
