I am aware that some library services provide an online enquiry service from
the library website. I would be interested to learn:
the timescale that you agree to supply an answer by (not an acknowledgement)
whether you restrict the nature of enquiries eg not in depth geneaology
how you manage the service - an individual, rota
whether you have experienced any difficulties.
