Can anyone suggest articles critiquing the notion of disability simulation
exercises? I know these exercises are promoted to help able bodied
individuals understand us, but it seems to me that they also reproduce fears
about disability and create inaccuracies/stereotypes. I read an article
years ago but can't seem to find it now.
I am also more generally interested in descriptions of methods used to
educate/ offer insights to folks about the disability experience. If I
recieve alot of replies, I will send a compiled bibliography to the list the
way I did about Participatory Reseach. Thanks, Lilith
