In French there is a useful phrase to use if you are asked what you
think oif someone you really don't like at all. It is "Je ne peux pas
le blairer" = "I can't stand the bloke". Is this why our beloved Tony
B is so keen to look across the Atlantic for his economic/foreign
policy/social policy inspirations, rather than The Channel?
