I'm applying for MTU industrial archaeology. I'm on this list 1) to get a
feel for my colleagues-to-be, 2) to pick up on interesting research
threads, 3) because unlike museum-l the posts are few and relevant. I'm not
looking for lively chat so much as common interests, but I am very
interested in all of your "personal ramblings." I almost never contribute,
since I am so vilely ignorant, but I think it may be relevant to point out
that one of the 578 (was that the figure?) list members is well served by
almost all the posts, including the personal and the cranky. Thanks a ton
for everything you guys say.
BTB, Sarah Cross, a Brit across the pond is still a Brit. Lots of theory
there, some of it possibly archaeological... -w
